The new triacylglycerols ion tree software affords efficient identification of non-target triacylglycerols and allows processing of data obtained from liquid chromatography/high resolution mass spectrometry analyses. The software can be used for automatic annotation of the LC-MSn spectral tree on the basis of the substructures of candidate molecules retrieved from a self-created database.
